ARTICLE 1

Any reservation made with Clic-VTC implies unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

ARTICLE 2 - RESERVATIONS

All services must be the subject of a reservation confirmed in writing. Reservations can be made on our dedicated page www.clic-vtc-strasbourg.com/reservation, by phone at 06 98 19 47 70 or directly by email at: contact@clic-vtc-strasbourg.com .
An email confirming our availability will then be sent by our services.
All service reservations must be made no later than 24 hours before the start of said service (this period may be reduced at the service provider's discretion depending on the availability of vehicles).
It must be carried out by the client or by a duly authorized representative.
All reservations must mention the following elements: name and contact details of the customer (address, email, telephone), address of the pick-up point and address of the arrival point for transfers, the desired duration for the provision, date and start time of the service, number of passengers and number of bags.
A reservation confirmation must be returned to us, by email or by post, bearing the words “Bon pour accord”, and signed by the customer.

ARTICLE 3 – SERVICE

The service is only valid once.
The service begins where the vehicle is parked, on the day and time set in the contract previously established between the parties.
It ends on the day and time the vehicle returns to its place of departure.
In the event of a customer delay, the driver will wait 15 minutes at the pick-up location (30 minutes at airports). After this time, Clic-VTC will consider the service Canceled. This will be billed to the customer and will not give rise to any refund.
If it turns out that the customer is not present at the meeting place, the service would be permanently lost, owed by him and would not give any right to reimbursement.
If the customer cannot find the driver, he must immediately call Clic-VTC to avoid being charged the full amount of the service.
Respect and good use of the equipment is essential. Any deterioration of the equipment and any damage caused to the interior of the vehicle will be the responsibility of the customer and will be invoiced to him.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
Wearing a seat belt is compulsory both at the front and at the rear of the vehicle.
Animals are not allowed in vehicles, except in a cage or bag provided for this purpose.
Clic-VTC is in no way responsible for items left in vehicles or elsewhere during the service.
Under no circumstances may the customer require the driver to exceed the authorized speed limit or commit any traffic violations.
More generally, the driver reserves the right to refuse any instructions and / or requests from the customer that he considers likely to compromise the safety of the occupants of the vehicle and other road users.
Our drivers are true professionals, their responsibility being engaged, they are instructed to respect and enforce the laws in force.
Clic-VTC reserves the right to interrupt any service on the spot, in the event that the customer should behave in a way that jeopardizes the safety of the driver, the rented vehicle or other road users. The service will then be invoiced in full to the customer.
Customers who are too alcoholic or insulting the driver may not take a seat on board the vehicles. The service will then be invoiced in full to the customer.
The volume of luggage transported is proportional to the capacity of the vehicle. They remain during the entire service under the responsibility of the persons transported.
Any modification of the route by the customer or by his principal, may give rise to supplements which will be invoiced to him.
The service provided by the company Clic-VTC as regulated by articles L.231-1 to L.231-4 and R.231-1 to R.231-9 of the Tourism Code, consists of a provision at benefit of the customer of a vehicle, inseparably accompanied by the services of a driver.
The following are thus notably included in the service:

  • The vehicle made available to the customer;
  • The provision of a driver speaking at least in French;
  • Professional insurance for passengers transported against payment, kilometers traveled, vehicle maintenance, fuel and the duration determined when
  • booking the service
  • The transport of the customer's luggage, within the limits of the possibilities of the vehicle.
  • The cost of tolls
Not included in the Service:
  • The cost of parking lots and more generally of all parking places;
  • Entrance fees to sites (museums, theaters, castles, stadiums or others);
  • Entrance fees to public places

ARTICLE 4 – PRICE

The prices established by our simulator are given as an indication and can be modified according to the desired times. To confirm this rate, it is recommended to send a reservation request. Clic-VTC will confirm all the details of this request and in particular the price of the service. Our prices are inclusive of VAT, and are expressed in Euros (€). The applicable VAT rate for transfers is 10%. The applicable VAT rate for hourly deliveries is 20%. The transfer rate applies to direct travel, without stopping, without stopover, from the place of pick-up to the place of arrival previously established in the contract. The rates are applicable for operations not exceeding 2 vehicles of the same category. Beyond that, Clic-VTC reserves the right to increase its prices according to the number of vehicles desired. Prices are per vehicle, regardless of the number of people transported (up to 3 for sedans and up to 7 for mini-vans). For the provision, any time started is due. Any additional kilometer to the fixed price established by the contract will be invoiced at 1.50 € TTC / km. Any additional hour to the fixed rate established by the contract will be invoiced 45 € / hour. For trips planned over several days, the following flat rates will be charged to the customer:

  • Meal = 25 € TTC
  • Hotel night + breakfast = 120 € TTC
Our rates include:
  • VAT
  • The vehicle made available to the customer;
  • The provision of a driver speaking at least in French;
  • Professional insurance for passengers transported against payment, kilometers traveled, vehicle maintenance, fuel and the duration determined when booking the service
  • The transport of the customer's luggage, within the limits of the vehicle's possibilities.
  • Provision on board service vehicles (WIFI, cold drinks, refreshing wipes, daily newspapers, phone chargers, touch pad)
  • The cost of tolls.
Our prices do not include:
  • The cost of parking lots and more generally of all parking places;
  • Entrance fees to sites (museums, theaters, castles, stadiums or others);
  • Entrance fees to public places;
  • Meal and accommodation costs for the driver for a trip over several days.

ARTICLE 5 – RULES

Our services are payable, in euros, online on our website and in cash on board the vehicle, when the customer is taken over, except for our “Key Account” customers and Partners for whom periodic invoicing is required. established.
We accept payment by bank transfer, cash and credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express…).
For our “Key Account” customers and our partners, the services are payable in cash upon receipt of the invoice, unless there is a specific contractual agreement.
No discount is granted for a payment on a date prior to the service.
In all cases, the customer signing the reservation is solely responsible for paying for the service in the event of user default.
Any additional service, any kilometer or duration overrun, will be invoiced in accordance with the price indicated on the order form.
Any hour started is due in full.
For wedding or excursion packages, the reservation becomes firm only after payment of a non-refundable deposit equal to 30% of the amount of the service.

ARTICLE 6 – CANCELLATION

Any cancellation of reservation less than 2 hours before the start of the service will be considered due and billed to the customer.
Beyond a 15-minute waiting period at the pick-up location (30 minutes at airports), the service will be considered due and billed to the customer.
In the event of the client's absence, the service will be considered due and invoiced.

ARTICLE 7 - DELAY

  • 30 minutes are free from the meeting time set by the customer when booking for airport trips.
  • 15 minutes are free from the meeting time fixed by the customer when booking for train stations and others.
  • Beyond that, the following costs are billed according to the waiting option chosen by the customer (by default Option 1): -0.5 € per minute.
Waiting option in case of delay:
  • Option 1 (by default when booking): Free 15-minute wait, beyond that the trip is deemed Canceled and you will be billed for it.
  • Option 2: Beyond the 15 minutes offered, the driver will wait for you another 1 hour billed 0.5 € / minute.
  • Option 3: Beyond the 15 minutes offered, the driver will wait for you another 2 hours billed 0.5 € / minute.
  • Option 4: Beyond the 15 minutes offered, the driver will wait for you another 3 hours billed 0.5 € / minute.
  • Option 5: Beyond the 15 minutes offered, the driver will wait for you another 4 hours billed 0.5 € / minute.
Waiting option at the airport:
  • Option 1: 30 minutes waiting time offered, beyond that the trip is deemed Canceled and you will be billed for it.
  • Option 2 (by default when booking): Beyond the 30 minutes offered, the driver will wait for you another 1 hour billed 0.5 € / minute.
  • Option 3: Beyond the 30 minutes offered, the driver will wait for you another 2 hours billed 0.5 € / minute.
  • Option 4: Beyond the 30 minutes offered, the driver will wait for you another 3 hours billed 0.5 € / minute.
  • Option 5: Beyond the 30 minutes offered, the driver will wait for you another 4 hours billed 0.5 € / minute.
For unlimited waiting for the driver at the station or airport, the customer must subscribe to the provision of a car with driver with hourly billing.

ARTICLE 8 - LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Clic-VTC can in no way be held responsible for delays in rail and air traffic.
Clic-VTC can in no way be held responsible for delays due to road traffic beyond its control: road blocked, bridge prohibited to traffic, traffic jams, flooded road, demonstration, weather conditions, interventions by police forces, firefighters or customs, etc ... (non-exhaustive list).
Clic-VTC can in no way be held responsible for delays directly resulting from an initial delay of the customer, or the need to make a trip, at the customer's request, within an obviously too short period.
In the event that the vehicle is immobilized due to a mechanical failure, an accident or damage (theft, damage), Clic-VTC will endeavor to ensure the continuity of the route, either with one of these vehicles or with a vehicle chartered to another company and undertakes to notify the principal.

ARTICLE 9 - INSURANCE

The liability of Clic-VTC is limited to the clauses of our insurance contract.
Our vehicles are insured for the transport of people and our travelers for all bodily injuries with our insurer. This insurance also covers professional civil liability, in accordance with current French regulations, in application of Article L. 3120-4 of the Transport Code.
The ordering party will be free to take out additional insurance at its expense covering cancellation costs, repatriation costs or transported luggage.

ARTICLE 10 - PERSONAL DATA

Clic-VTC is committed to respecting the privacy of its customers.
Clic-VTC undertakes to respect the confidentiality of personal data collected on its website in accordance with the French Data Protection Act n ° 78-17 of January 6, 1978. As such, Clic-VTC undertakes not to disclose to third parties the information communicated by the customer on his website and to use it only for the processing of his reservation.
The customer can exercise a right of access to his file and a right to rectify or delete information concerning him by sending his request to Clic-VTC Customer Service.

ARTICLE 11 - DISPUTES

Any complaint must be notified in writing and by registered letter to the attention of Customer Service, within a maximum period of 8 days. After this period, no complaint will be able to succeed.
Subject to legal provisions, any dispute is, by express agreement, the exclusive jurisdiction of the Strasbourg Commercial Court.
